Rich Stanbaugh is President and Chief Executive Officer of NuArx, Inc., which was created in 2016 as a result of a corporate spin-off from ANXeBusiness. Prior to his current role, Rich served as CEO of ANXeBusiness where he was instrumental in the company’s organic growth and strategic acquisitions for more than 16 years. His vision contributed to the eventual sale of the ANX core business and the separation of the PCI compliance business that serves as the basis of NuArx, Inc.
Rich previously served as Global Technology Manager for information technology operations at Visteon Corporation, where he was responsible for deploying enterprise resource planning applications in North America and Europe. He also held leadership positions in Process Reengineering and Computer Integrated Engineering & Manufacturing at Ford Motor Company, and has over 12 years of experience in engineering and the design and deployment of enterprise information systems.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana Illinois.
Mike Mahoney has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of financial positions, ranging from treasury, chief accounting officer, financial analysis and credit analysis. His current role is Chief Financial Officer for NuArx, Inc., which was created in 2016 as a result of a corporate spin-off from ANXeBusiness. As CFO of ANX, Mike, helped grow the company by overseeing major strategic acquisitions such as S2S Communications, the VPN divisions of Positive Networks, CSCI, ETSec and TruArx.
Prior to joining NuArx, Mike served ten years as Executive Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for LDMI Telecommunications, where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions and investor relations. Throughout his career, Mike has held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance discipline for such companies as Comshare, Inc., Ford Motor Company and Manufacturers Hanover Trust.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in political economics from Williams College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jim Schmidt is the Chief Information Officer for NuArx Inc., which was created in 2016 as a result of a corporate spin-off from ANXeBusiness. He is responsible for daily operations, security, service desk, provisioning, network management and service delivery. Jim joined ANXeBusiness in 2011 as Vice President of Technical Operations. He brings more than 25 years of varying experiences in IT operations, project management, IT security, contract management, manufacturing, PLM and technology development to NuArx. Jim is known for pulling together IT organizations across Asia, Europe, North America and South America delivering 24-hour support.
Prior to NuArx, Jim served as Director of Visteon’s Global IT Operations covering all areas of computing infrastructure, end-user computing, manufacturing systems, data centers, server management, service desk and divestiture projects. Other management positions include tenures at General Motors, IBM and Ford Motor Company.
Jim graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in German Language.
Kim Schulz is Executive Vice President of Marketing for NuArx. In this role, she manages all aspects of NuArx’s customer, corporate and employee communication efforts.
Prior to joining NuArx, Kim served as President of Century Consulting, LLC working on a variety of engagements including product marketing, brand communication and executive development. Previously, Kim spent more than 10 years at Ford Motor Company specializing in brand strategy and market research.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Technology from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington.
As the Executive Vice President of Sales for NuArx, Mark Wayne leads a national team of PCI compliance experts, including Qualified Security Assessors (QSA) and Approved Scanning Vendors (ASV) in protecting retail businesses from credit card fraud. A much in-demand speaker, Mark is the author of the nationally recognized “18 Steps to PCI Compliance, a Guide for Small Businesses to Achieve and Maintain PCI Compliance.” He is viewed as a national expert on the topics of Cybercrime, PCI Compliance and Crisis Management, having overseen the compliance lifecycle of thousands of merchants.
Prior to joining NuArx, Mark spent over 20 years as a technology executive focused on revenue growth through secure data transfer in organizations around the world. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as military code breaker for the National Security Agency.
Mark holds an undergraduate business degree from Central Michigan University and a M.B.A. from the University of Detroit.
As the Executive Vice President of Product Management, Kevin leads NuArx’s product strategy and product development efforts, as well as NuArx’s legal and compliance consulting teams.
Prior to joining NuArx, Kevin was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of ANX’s e-commerce and healthcare business units, and played an instrumental role in the eventual sale of these core business units to Opentext Corp. Prior to joining ANX, Kevin held various leadership positions at General Electric, including corporate development, global business development, analysis and execution of merger and acquisition opportunities and the development of global, strategic partnerships. Kevin also has more than 15 years of professional sales and sales management experience in enterprise software and technology.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, studied in Executive Programs at Oxford University and Harvard University, and is a Six Sigma Blackbelt.
